Introduction

Registered Energy Manager (REM) means a person registered under section 27 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2024 [Act 861]. REM consists of two (2) types as follows:

REM First Type; and
REM Second Type.

Pursuant to section 27 of the Act, an application for registration of energy manager shall be made to the Commission.
