    Introduction

    Registered Training Institution (RTI) means a training institution registered under section 33 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2024 [Act 861].

    Pursuant to section 31 of the Act, an application for registration of training institution shall be made to the Commission.

    RTI under the Act shall consists of two (2) types as follows:

    • RTI to conduct training course to be a REM; and
    • RTI to carry out CDP for REM.
